In order to reach your potential, you must develop an athletic base from which to build your specific skill set. The athlete pyramid shows that the wider your base, the higher your ceiling.
Our sports performance training improves functional movement to support the physical demands of life and sport. We help athletes of all levels shore up weaknesses, decrease injury risk, and build strength and power.
SPORTS PERFORMANCE CLASSES
Train Monday Wednesday and Friday in our one hour performance classes. Each class has a focus of the day: acceleration, top speed, or change of direction. Classes are broken down into 5 phases: movement preparation, plyometrics, movement skill, medicine ball, strength. All athletes must go through a performance evaluation in order to participate in this program. Contact us today to schedule your evaluation.
This program is designed to instill basic movement patterns at an early age and create a physical foundation for further development.
The ideal age to begin developing speed, strength and power over an athlete’s entire lifetime. Our sports performance training reduces injuries and prepares athletes to shine on the biggest stages in sports.
College Prep is for those who are looking to compete at the college level. It's purpose is to group together 4-6 athletes of similar skill and ability to receive a more individualized training program. Twice a week and four times a week options are available.
