REFUND POLICY

Sports U stands behind it's services. All sales are final. But we know life happens. Under extenuating circumstances, members may request a refund by contacting us and providing proper documentation.

MEMBERSHIPS AND SPORTS PERFORMANCE PACKAGES

It is the member's responsibility to notify Sports U in writing of any cancellation no less than 10  days prior to being billed. No refunds will be given after payment has been processed unless there is a written record of the request dated at least 10 days prior to the billing cycle.

LESSONS

Once a lesson has been completed, no refund will be issued.

CAMPS & CLINICS

Request for refund must be made at least 48 hours prior to the beginning of the event.
